Luke 6:45

A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.

Thanks"GIVING"

During Thanksgiving season most of us can only think of one thing...FOOD.  But there is so much more to the word if you look at it in detail.  The word "Thanksgiving" basically says it all.  To give thanks.  Sure we can take the time to reflect upon all the things we can be thankful for or the people in our lives that we are thankful for, but what I am most thankful for is my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Without his atonement, his blood that was shed, his body that was broken for us we would be doomed for hell.  Take a moment an reflect upon what He has done for you.  Jesus gave himself for you and for me.  His body a LIVING sacrifice doesn't compare to a turkey dinner, the yummy desserts, and the family and friends we spend the Holiday with.  Take some time this Thanks"GIVING" and tell him what you are thankful for.  Sing him a song of praise, show him you love him by your obedience, and participate in the sweet communion which is the best Thanks"GIVING" dinner of all.

Prayer -
I love you Lord and I praise your wonderful, holy and precious name.  I thank you for your son Jesus who gave himself willingly for me that I may have fellowship with you, and sing praises to your holy name.  Your name and fragrance is sweeter than anything I could ever imagine.  May your praises continue to be a pure and satisfying meal in my mouth always.  I do thank you for the many many blessings you have bestowed upon me and for the wonderful family and friends that I have.  May we all take time to reflect on your goodness and love this Thanks"GIVING" day., and Lord not just for one day but everyday let us praise you.  In Jesus precious name I pray...Amen!!

2 CHRONICLES 5:13( NIV)
 The trumpeters and musicians joined in unison to give praise and thanks to the LORD. Accompanied by trumpets, cymbals and other instruments, the singers raised their voices in praise to the LORD and sang:
   “He is good;
   his love endures forever.”

   Then the temple of the LORD was filled with the cloud, 14 and the priests could not perform their service because of the cloud, for the glory of the LORD filled the temple of God.

1 Chronicles 16:34
Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.

"A Christian blog which is full of truth and power. I love the way it does not "sugar coat" biblical truths as sometimes is often done. If you want to read the absolute truth of God's word, this is definetely the blog to visit, read and follow. "

"What a great blog, I am glad I found it. I am now following you. I loved reading your testimony. I was born again 3 years ago myself after a life full of sin and destruction. My life has changed dramatically and I devote my whole life to Jesus. I wish more would do the same. God bless you for your blog!"
