When does God show up?

In the Bible God shows up in different places and situations.  Lets take a look at a few of them.

1.  God appears to you in PRAYER.

^{Matthew 18:19} “Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.

 ^{2Chron 7;14} if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

^{Acts 4:31} After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly.
^{Acts 2:42} They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.

2.  God will appear when you WORSHIP

^{Psalm 100:4} Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.
Psalm 22:3 Yet you are enthroned as the Holy One; you are the one Israel praises

3.  God will appear when we GATHER in His name

Psalm 133:1&3 ¹ How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity! ³ It is as if the dew of Hermon  were falling on Mount Zion. For there the LORD bestows his blessing, even life forevermore.
Hebrews 10:25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
Matthew 18:20 For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”

God shows up in so many places in the Bible.  He appeared to Peter when he was in jail and broke the chains from his wrist Acts 12:7.
God shows up in our dreams and gives direction Matthew 2:19. 

Not all dreams are due to us eating pizza before bed.  Sometimes God is trying to get our attention.

If you look and pay attention you may just find that God shows up in your situations as well.
