Awhile back during a prayer meeting God spoke to me and he said to me "what I will give you is much sweeter than Jasmine." Now at that time I had never smelled Jasmine before. I know that he wasn't speaking literally that it was going to smell better than Jasmine but that it was going to be so good. At that point in our lives we were going through some trials, but all during those hard and difficult times God was revealing himself to me. And more and more after that He did.
Not long after God spoke to me about Jasmine I went to a Bath and Body Works store and saw "Midnight Jasmine" lotion. I smelled it and it was sweet, and strong.
Another time at church my Pastor was praying for me with laying on of hands and I smelled the fragrance of Jasmine. It came out of nowhere and was very strong under my nose, then in a few seconds it was gone.
Now at church today right when the Preacher was getting ready to start his message, and right after prayer I smelled the distinct smell of Jasmine. So I leaned over and asked my youngest daughter and my husband "Do you smell anything?" They said "like what?" I said "Jasmine?" and they both said "no." This makes the third time this has occurred to me.
I do believe that the Lord is trying to say something here. What it is isn't exactly clear yet. I will however be seeking him about what it is that he is trying to reveal to me.
Jasmine can be used in perfumes, incense, candles and all sorts of things.
The word perfume occurs 3 times in the KJV Bible. The Hebrew word translated "perfume" occurs 58 times in the OT. Everywhere else it is translated as "incense" or "sweet incense."
I strongly believe that the smell of Jasmine that I keep smelling is the breath of God. That he is reminding me of his promise.

Rev 5:8 (NIV) And when he had taken it, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of God’s people. The smell could also be the prayers of God's people.
Rev 11:11-12 (NIV) But after the three and a half days the breath[a] of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and terror struck those who saw them. 12 Then they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here.” And they went up to heaven in a cloud, while their enemies looked on.I have had this occurrence 3 times.
Job 33;4 (KJV) The spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life. This one speaks for itself.
Then said he unto me, Prophesy unto the wind, prophesy, son of man, and say to the wind, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain, that they may live.God has used me to Prophesy before and I do have the gift of Prophesy.
Proverbs 27:9 (KJV) Ointment and perfume rejoice the heart: so doth the sweetness of a man's friend by hearty counsel. So as I ponder and seek God for the revelation of this occurrence, I'd like your "Godly wisdom"
